What payment methods are available?

Currently COD (cash on delivery) is available and free complimentary delivery in specific regions. You will be notified at checkout when you enter your shipping details if these option are not available for you at the moment. Payments by card will be accepted in the future too. Details for acceptable cards and transactions will be updated as soon as available.

In case of a missing package or other assistance required, what should I do?

How do I check the status of my order?

Our delivery service providers for your region will contact you once your order has been dispatched and you will be provided with a tracking number to check the status of your parcel using their tracking link. If you still have questions about your order, please send an email to info@skincare.com with your order number and preferably the order confirmation email and we will get back to you ASAP.

Can I make changes to my order or cancel it?

Orders submitted on orcoskincare.com process and ship very quickly. We will do our best to modify an existing order if you email us at orders@orcoskincare.com, but we offer no guarantee that your order will be canceled or modified. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.



How can returns or exchange we placed?

ORCO will only accept returns on products that have not been used or unsealed within 7 days of purchase. Once used, your purchase cannot be returned or exchanged. Also we are only able to accept returns for items purchased through www.orcoskincare.com. If you purchased an ORCO item from one of our authorized retail partners or a reseller, please follow that retailer’s return/exchange policy.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is complimentary at ORCO and there are no extra charges applied. You are only required to make your purchase and the rest is taken care of. (This applies to specific regions, you will be notified on checkout if your region requires shipping charges). Incase shipping charges are applied then they vary according to your parcel and the delivery service provider that will ship your goods to your door.

How long shipping take?

Your order will arrive approximately 7-10 business days from the date of purchase. This is the maximum time for delivery. In regions where ORCO is located and international shipping is not required, your parcel can be received within 3 to 5 working days.

How much is the sales tax?

All applicable state and local sales taxes are inclusive of the product value. No further charges are incurred by the customer upon checkout.



Are ORCO products tested on animals?

Our products have NOT been tested on animals and never will be, we are a cruelty free company—we love our cute cuddly animal kingdom.

Are ORCO products vegan?

None of the products at ORCO have any animal by-products. Hence we are a VEGAN company.

Do your products use any chemicals and acids?

Yes! But only the good kind and our ingredient list with every products holds complete transparency. It allows the customer to make decisions while being completely aware of that in added into their skincare routine and what works best for them.

Organic products tend to have a very short shelf life and can only be certified organic with no chemicals or preservatives added. At ORCO, our products are preserved to keep them fresh longer and hold on the properties that make their efficacy strong. The products are completely safe, skin friendly and no less, but usually more effective than organic products.
